Wine is an essential component of what we do at Frederic’s. There are so many variables to consider when selecting wine, so we set out to make things easier with a small collection of wines that contains no weak links.

Our seasonally-dynamic list is painstakingly refined down to a focused group of stunning bottles, paying close attention to demonstrably sustainable and ethical production. We only stock wines we are proud of in terms of taste, craft, and integrity.
