Pilton

Based in Somerset, Pilton draws its name from the parish where their bittersweet cider apples grow. Pilton specializes in whole juice ciders, using a traditional method called "keeving" to imbue their drinks with natural sweetness. They have created a family of distinct and intriguing cider varietals using carefully-considered combinations of various yeasts, fruits and barrel‑aging techniques.
