Papas Argente has about 100 years’ experience making the platonic ideal potato crisp.
They are still made according to founder José Argente’s original recipe, but now with special fryers that are uniquely able to avoid excess oil in the final product. This creates a lovely light crisp that escapes the usual support role in your lunch or picnic and become the star.
