Monmouth Coffee Company was originally founded by legendary UK food re-invigorator, Nicholas Saunders (also founder of Neal's Yard). Monmouth roasts coffee from single farms, estates and cooperatives so they know precisely who does the growing, picking and processing. The Monmouth team travels for much of the year looking for excellent coffee and learning as much as they can about it. The results of their ceaseless curiosity and high standards are truly delicious.
