Maison Gavottes

The Gavottes family biscuit production pays homage to the 1886 Breton kitchens of Marie-Catherine Cornic, where nothing was wasted. This philosophy spurred the invention of the famous lace crepe, which at first glance was a forgotten-then-overcooked crepe, but Marie-Catherine Cornic recognized it as a valuable culinary creation!
